Commnication is the key to success and our employees are trained to comunicate with store personnel at the begining and end of each service call to ensure accuracy, to build a working rapport with store management and handle all customer's questions.

Every company is unique in its products, marketing program, plan-o-gram set, point of purchase materials, pricing, etc. We spend time with each client, ask the necessary questions to understand what your needs are, and design a program that will ensure business and sales growth.

We schedule consistent service calls for optimum retail activity in product maintenance and inventory management. In addition, the store always knows when to expect us for service work.
We perform inventories on a weekly basis and work closely with Department Managers and our customers in placing the correct orders for each individual store.
Product Knowledge
Our merchandisers constantly monitor the changes in products. With a team dedicated solely to continuity coverage, AMG ensures that our clients' products have maximum visibility at all times.
